8. Guest speaker-Gordon JonesA great-grandfather of one of our students, he worked under 6 presidents at the White House doing communications. Would like to share his experiences (probably more so for older kids)

Carnival/fair-like theme, set up similiar to last years retreat - some work and play
Friends and Family meeting on Friday, March 23 to finalize plans
11. Budget planning date-Monday, March 26th at 8:00 in medica center
12. THANK YOU support staff for all your work on the early dismissal days - with us being down a guidance secretary and Kathy only being 11 months this help was needed to prepare for end of year and summer
13. Green folders
When students qualify for ESE or move, please print out the whole PMP (like you would at the end of the year), and give in folder to Julie
14. Instructional Materials
Please let Julie know if you have a number of reading materials so that extras aren't ordered (next year is our last year with this reading series). Reminder to 3rd grade to collect kid dictionaries to pass on to 4th grade for next year.
